we are unable to offer refunds,returns, or exchanges. all sales are final. please note,kylie cosmetics by kylie jenner reserves the
right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds.in the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must
contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. customers must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order

i refused my delivery, where is my refund?

Refused packages are subject to a $10 restocking fee, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of our receipt of the return. Please note that refused or unclaimed international orders are non-refundable.
